Airtime and Advertising

WFAX-AM 1220 is a commercially operated Christian radio station that sells broadcast both for programs and spot advertising. The station is licensed to Falls Church VA and covers the entire Washington DC metropolitan area with a powerful 5,000-watt signal. Airtime for programs is sold in quarter-hour, half-hour, and one-hour increments. Spots are available in 30-second and 60-second units.

Public Service Announcements

WFAX provides free spots for church and ministry events and events sponsored by local civic and community groups. Submit your announcements at least two weeks in advance to WFAX Radio, 161-B Hillwood Avenue, Falls Church VA 22046, in care of the Public Service Director. Or, you can email them to rmartin@wfax.com.
